Personality: Very quiet and mysterious. He's very secretive and never seems to show his true feelings. He has a passionate side that rarely shows, and he has a fascination over Quincies. He has a very protective and father-daughter relationship with Ayami Takanada, the last quincy known.

Background/RP Sample

Background: When Lucardio was younger, he was born into a rich family. His mother and father had payed attention to him barely and so he usually taught himself what right and wrong was. He was best friends with a quincy named Siri Sotomeyor and as teenagers, they fell in love. Unfortunately, right in front of him, shinigami had came down and began slaughtering the Quincies, and they had killed Siri even though he tried to protect her, saying she wasn't like them. When the shinigami realized he could see them, they attempted to fade his memory, but it never left him. Ever since that day, he had promised to try and keep any surviving Quincies safe. Soon after, he was shot in the back of the head when pirates had attempted to rob his home. Him and his family had died that night. When he awoke, he was at Rukongai, but in the wealthy parts. He had died when he was only 16, so he was smaller, less mannered. After a year of living there, a Shinigami had approached him and asked him to join them in the Soul Society, and he couldn't say no. He ended up studying harder than most of them, feeling as if it was his duty to do this. After mastering his skills, he soon found his bankai. When discovering this, he had became the captain of Division 11. He had lead this squad for over a 100 years. After discovering that there were more quincies alive, he had fled the Soul Society to try and protect them. He had remembered that he wanted to save them, because this memory of Siri was precious to him. The Soul Society tried hard to get him in costody, but he seemed to be nowhere in site. He had put himself in a gigai form and began living lke a human. He ended up buying his own manor and living there.
100 years after this, Ayami Takanada had been running away from Kenpachi Zeraki. Lucardio had found out about this and decided she was the one to protect since she in fact was the last Quincy. Before Zeraki could make his final blow on her, Lucardio appeared, his zanpakuto out and it clashed against his blade. He took his hood off, revealing that he in fact was the same Lucardio that fled the Soul Society many years ago. Zeraki attempted to fight back at him, but it was no use to fight the former Kenpachi. Zeraki left, going back to the Soul Society and informed the Head Captain of Lucardio's appearance.
Lucardio took Ayami who was only still very young back to his manor, raising him as a child of his own. She was so young, she hadn't realized what had happened and she does not know of his shinigami powers. Now, about 10 years later, she still resides in his home and he still treats her like a daughter, still trying to protect her from danger. He knows that soon, she'll have to go out on her own though, and urges her to learn her quincy powers.

RP Sample: Lucardio had a hood over his face, his hair over his eyes. He gave a slight smirk as he raised his Zanpakuto. He felt no fear. Soon, his deep voice spoke.

"Do you feel death, my friend?" he asked politely, as if talking to a friend.

The opponent stood still and he then revealed himself from under the hood, his smirk grew into an ear-to-ear grin, "Don't worry... I won't hurt you," he spoke calmly.

The opponent looked through his grin, he must have heard from the Soul Society how insane he had been... that everytime he smiled at his enemy...
it meant he was lying.

He quickly shunpoed to his opponent, slashing his zanpakuto in an upward direction into the chest of the shinigami. He then stood back, wiping the blood from his blade, as if nothing ever happened.

Sealed Zanpakuto: It looks like a normal Nodachi that has a black blade.

Shikai: Two blades pop out from under his gloves and Akumu will then stab at a punch like angle.

Shikai Ability: When hitting someone directly in the chest, it stuns the opponent to where they are parylized for 1 minutes. (1 post)

Bankai: A large windmill shuriken attatched to a chain.

Bankai Ability: When spinning the shuriken in front of the opponent, it allows Lucardio to give an illusion.

Techniques

Name: Sakkaku (Illusion)
State: Bankai
Description: When spinning Akumu, this causes the opponent to see what Lucardio is saying. This causes it to poor into their mind, seeing vivid nightmares, stunning them with fear and desception.

Name: Hissori Kai (Silent Reap)
State: Both
Description: When hitting someone anywhere on their body, it causes a black dot to appear, and a plague takes over, slowly deteriorating that one spot. If Lucardio hits the same spot, the body part breaks off in ashes.

Name: Shinobinaku (Shedding Silent Tears)
State: both
Description: When whispering this, it causes a dark liquid to take over the blades, like a poison. When slashing someone with this poison on the blade, it causes the body to stun, parylized for several painful minutes. The attack is quiet, and appears as if nothing has happened, hence the name "Silent Tears".
