It is almost exactly like the image except that the sword carrier is black, the black robes are flat, and not ridged like the image. Also, he is 6'1", very tall for his visual age.
Personality: He is lazy, would rather have his lieutenant take care of all of the duties. He also prefers not to fight, he would rather spend time talking to women or something. For this reason, he makes one of the strangest captain currently around.
Background/RP Sample
Background: Ryuu was born to two parents in the human world. Even though he was human though, he had a huge level of spirit power, enough to scare lieutenant level shinigami, and make them cower in fear. Because of this, wars between shinigami and hollows started over him, and he died because of a building collapsing on top of him and his family. Now dead, a shinigami was luckily the first one to see him, and sent him to Soul Society, using the end of their zanpakuto. In soul society, he became strong fast, mastering kido very quickly, making many high-level kido users seem like amateurs. Because of this he gained recognition for his abilities and became a lieutenant. He fought with the captain of his division and has now, because of his kido, as well as his swordsmanship, and flash-step getting up to a very high level, has become a captain. He hopes to one day grow stronger than any other captain, and take over as captain-commander when he grows powerful enough.
RP Sample: Ryuu walked down the road, his cloak blowing lightly in the breeze that he was following. He didn't exactly feel like fighting, but it was his duty for now that he attack and defeat some fraccion. He didn't care about the name, he didn't even care that much for its abilities, it was the fact that he was sent to defeat it that annoyed him. He wanted to relax, maybe practice kido in his spare time, not go out and fight some stupid fraccion that nobody else wanted to kill.
'If I need to kill this thing, I guess I better go prepared, no point in going ill-prepared in something like this.' He grabs some medicines that he has in his house before leaving it, not wanting to get hurt out there without medicine. As he leaves, he uses flash steps and then shoots off into the human realm to defeat the Fraccion.
Zanpakutō Information
Name: Naiya Doragon - Diamond Dragon
Release Phrase: Glimmer Dragon
Element/Family: Ice
Manifestation: A rather young child that has the appearance of having merged with a dragon. He is white haired, with diamond-like dragon looking wings, tail, arms, and legs.
Sealed Zanpakuto: A long, solid white blade. It is a total of 6' long, very thin, with an incredibly sharp cutting edge, as well as growing wider from the tip to the hilt, a total of 1' from the sharp edge to the flat edge of the blade at the hilt.
Shikai: Same as the sealed version.
Shikai Ability: The blade can fire different kinds of ice blasts. They vary from spikes of ice from the end of his sword, or spikes of ice shooting out of the ground if he has his sword in the ground, to creating very cold air that can be used to stop weak fire attacks from being used. He also uses this for creating shields of ice that can protect him and others from both physical attacks, and attacks from a shikai/bankai or kido. Although, this is not strong enough to hold against very powerful attacks or attacks from a master kido user.

Bankai: The blade covers in ice increasing its size.
Bankai Ability: Increases the strength of kido as if they were fifteen ranks stronger. It also increases the strength of the shikai abilities, making them considerably stronger. This stage offers nothing new though, with no higher mastery of ice or anything. However, it does offer a serrated, saw-like edge to his sword while in bankai, making it more lethal while fighting in this stage.

Description: Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89. This is seen also when Aizen uses it to block Tessai's Hadō #88.

Description: Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
Name: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho
State: Hado
Descirption: Fires a gigantic electricity blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion. Its full strength is however unknown since Aizen used Splitting Void before it could hit him.
