Background: was a seated officer in the Gotei 13's 5th division, until he was accidentally turned into a vaizard, and exiled turning him cold and unloving. after wards he learned to control his hollow and has been living in the human world for the past 110 years

Name: Touketsu-Hi

Release Phrase: Freeze and Kill Touketsu-Hi

Element/Family: Ice

Manifestation: a white tiger with blue stripes

Sealed Zanpakuto: a standard katana with a blue hilt and a guard in the shape of diamond

Shikai: in shikai the blade remains the same except for the guard which becomes a four pointed star.

Shikai Ability:Can create more swords by freezing the moisture in the air in the shape he needs

Bankai: it remains the same but the guard turns into a 5 pointed star

Ability:Retsu-Bikou- causes a doppleganger of the enemy to be created from ice, and it attacks along with Aisu

Description:the falling snow forms into a large building out of ice with many large pillars. because the floor is made of ice the enemy has a hard time moving on the ground.Aisu does not as it is his ice. the temperature drops to -5 degrees inside the hall.
