Personality: Kin doesn't think of himself as better than anyone or anything in sight of his name. Kin out of battle is a laid back guy. He loves to drink. The only thing he loves more than drinking is women. He doesn't like to see women direspected as well as a good drink wasted. Both of these are sometimes his downfall however. He won't back down from a fight no matter who it is. In and out of battle Kin is a comical person always making small jokes here and there.

Despite what he seems like he cares for everyone in the Soul Society. He's hard working and never quits or stops early on any job. He'll work until he's completely exhausted if he must. He can sometimes be bothersome to wake up if work is needed to be done.

Background:

Life Before Death

Kin was born in 1567 in Feudal Japan. Growing up his parents were fair and let him venture out by himself for as long as he wanted. He had a pretty normal life for a boy back in this age. He met a young Sanada Yukimura one day. They became close friends as children but Kin soon moved away. His family had become poor so they had to move out to the country. Out in the country Kin worked on his parents farm up until he was the age of 19. He heard about Sanada's struggle and about there battles. Hearing this he packed a bag and ran away. He set a direct course for Sanada.

Fighting along Sanada, Kin made it through many battles gaining the nickname "Dancing Flame". This was his name because of his fighting style. He would soak his two katana in lighting fluid for torches and light them on fire. His style of fighting seemed like that of a dancer his movements not missing one beat. He'd move through enemy armies cutting down anyone who stood in his way. Sanada and Kin fought side by side for years until Kin decided to settle down.
Sanada respected Kin's wishes and helped him find land in a country area away from any fighting. Kin soon gained a wife and he looked as if he were going to have a long happy life. He turned twenty-one and learned that they were expecting. Kin's reputation had spread though and a lone fighter sought him out. The lone soldier asked for a battle to the death with Kin but Kin refused. He said he was done with fighting. The man however was presistent and wouldn't let up. Kin eventually said yes grabbing his katana from there spot on the wall in his house and walking out of the door. He left with one last thing to say. He wore a smile as he said it turning before leaving his wife and kissing her. "I'll be back, I promise."
Kin's fight with the man waged on for hours. They'd gone somewhere away from anyone who'd interrupt them. It seemed Kin had met his equal but the man lasted just alittle longer than Kin. Kin soon grew tired and weary. It'd been awhile since he'd fought as hard as he was. The man took advantage of it. Kin was overwhelmed by the man and suffered a fatal wound to his chest. The man then put his blade threw his chest without hesitation. Kin died with only one thought. I'll be back, I promise.

As A Spirit

As a spirit Kin wandered trying to find his house and his wife. He simply repeated over and over. "I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back." Kin wandered until he was confronted by a hollow. He'd never seen a creature like it before and he was too surprised and caught off guard to run or try to defend himself. He stood in the same spot as the hollow prepared to devour him. Everything already started to go black.
Just as the hollow was upon him a shinigami appeared out of no where easily dispatching the hollow. The shinigami explained what it was to Kin afterwards. He told Kin he was going to take him to a better place. Kin refused saying he had to see his wife one more time if he must go. The shinigami started to argue but instead let in and helped Kin find his way. He warned that if they found her she might not be able to see him. Kin understood but looked anyway. They eventually found his wife standing in the open door. Her stomach had grown alittle showing that she was pregnant. As Kin neared the door his wifes eyes grew. She could see him but only faintly. Kin looked with a smile. "Told you i'd be back." He looked at his wife with tear filled eyes. "I've to go now." She tried to beg him otherwise but the shinigami warned that if he stayed longer than needed he could bring more hollows to his house and put his wife in danger. Kyoui gave his wife one more kiss that to her surprise she felt and left. The shinigami performed the Konso and Kin was reborn in the Soul Society.

As A Shinigami

Kin was looked at highly in the Rukongai. When no shinigami were near he kept the people of the Rukongai safe from wandering gansters. Kin was sighted by the Captain of the 13th division himself and soon made his way into the Seireitei. The Captain trained him in all he knew. Kin soon came to know the Captain as a father figure. The Captain stepped down due to old age leaving the position open for whoever was seen as worthy enough. Kin had attained his bankai under the Captain but had never told anyone because he wanted to remain under the Captain. All off this information was revealed however as the Captain recommended him with high regards. This brought him up in ranks from Lt. to Capt.

RP Sample:


There was a loud explosion then a eerie silence. Kin fell to one knee as he stood over Karakura town facing an arrancar. He looked across to the see the arrancar standing almost gloating at what he'd managed to do. "So why don't you use this power that you've been hiding from me shinigami." Kin stood up blood running down his face as he looked at the arrncar. "Is that the only reason you came here..... to die." The arrancar looked at Kin with a scowl. "What are you talking about I can see you've released your zanpakuto and i've wounded you only using half power." Kin gave a slight chuckle. "Really now..." Kin started to fade in and out of vision as if disappearing. Kin's voice was heard in the next instance. "I can't believe you fell for that.... It's call Waraigoe." The arrancars eyes grew wide as the spiritual pressure grew around him. "It's an illusionary technique of my zanpakuto. It creates copies of me to look however I want them" Kin started to reappear right infront of him with a hand in front of his face. "Alright, i'll show you my hidden power... but you better look good because it'll be the last thing you see." Kin moved his hand downward and his mask quickly started to appear. The arrancar's eyes grew even wider as the sudden change of riatsu begin to weigh down on him. Kin spun his Chakrams in his hand as the mask fully appear. "Now die..." The chakrams burst into flames as Kin swung them downward on both shoulders of the arrancar in a X-like movement. In the next instance the arrancar's limp body fell out of the sky. Looking down Kin sighed as his zanpakuto reverted back into it's katana. "Such a waste...." His mask faded as he turned and Shunpoed back to the Vizard Warehouse.

Zanpakutō Information

Name: Kichigai Sagishi {Mad/Insane Trickster}

Spirit Persona: Kichigai Sagishi is a trickster and a trouble maker. There are two brothers both with same personalities but different methods of trouble making. The 1st brother prefers to use trickery of the mind to fight often creating illusions and flipping things. The 2nd brother uses manipulation of fire and is often seen carrying around a Chakram. They often come to disagreements when it comes to fighting which sometimes affects how Kin fights. They’re immature and can look like a hand full but when they’re not fighting they can usually be seen as good company.

Shikai Ability:

The Chakrams allow for manipulation of fire as well as manipulation of the mind and senses. The Chakrams allow Kin to throw or shoot beams or balls of fire.

Mienai Shimasu{Invisible Menace}: Kichigai Sagishi uses techniques of illusion to fool there opponent into thinking the user or his target has become invisible. The technique last until the user is struck or attacks the opponent. This can be used on other things besides only the user. The extent to which how well this technique works depends on the intelligence and sense of awareness of the opponent.

Waraigoe{Sound of Laughter}: This is basically just a figure of speech referring to the technique. Kin shakes his Chakrams and they start to make a ringing sound. When the sound hit’s the ears of it’s opponent a it will immediately start to affect the users senses. Kin will look as if he’s multiplying. Multiple copies of him will appear and attack the enemy. They can’t physically harm the opponent but they can mentally confuse them. They can sometimes take the spot of the user and assume a different appearance as if wounded. Again how well this technique works depends on the intelligence and sense of awareness of the opponent.

Shakaku{Angel of Fire}: Kin’s Chakrams multiply into other Chakrams and hover in the air around him. The Chakrams move where ever Kin moves. They can throw themselves at an opponents. The Chakrams can also shoot fire towards and at opponents. They often attempt to surround the opponents and overwhelm them.

Gouka{Hellfire}: This is Kin’s strongest attack. His Chakrams catch ablaze and grow. Kin lets go of them and just the two Chakram float there. The blades on the Chakram grow and become more pronounced. Kin uses the movements of his hands to guide the Chakram. At first it seems like Shakaku but this is disproved when the Chakrams make touch something. The Chakrams explode upon impact or even the slightest touch. The explosion isn’t that big but contains a lot of damage as the blades of the Chakram burst from the Chakram. The Chakrams after the explosion reform in Kin’s hand. The technique can be used as long as Kin’s Riatsu last. He can pour more and more Riatsu into the Chakrams to make the attack more devastating if he chooses. The Chakrams can strecth 50ft away from Kin before they stray to far and disappear.

Bankai Ability:


As soon as Kin uses his bankai a giant Chakram will appear above his head. It’s impossibly big and makes Kin look like a small child standing next to it.

Nushi Tenshu{Lava God}: This is the first form of his bankai. A titan made from lava pulls itself from the ground. It is the same size as Kommamura’s bankai and works basically by the same principle. The titan moves and responds to Kin’s every movement mimicking him perfectly. Kin can summon just a specific part of the titan or the titan as a whole if he wants just by saying which part he wants.

Sougishiki{Wake} Summons the entire giant.

Ainoko Youshiki{Hybrid Form}: Kin fuses with the giant Chakram that is above him. The Chakram covers Kin with a thin dark coat of armor. The armor cracks and begins to look like it’s becoming lava. The helmet of the armor catches on fire making it look like Kin’s hair is on fire. Kin’s melee abilities are magnified in this form. The armor is incredibly durable and repairs itself slowly whenever damaged. Kin can manipulate fire and senses also through the armor.

Kyojinkoku{Land of the Giants}: Kin uses his manipulation of the senses to change what peoples surroundings look like. Everything around the combatants begins to look like a barren land littered with volcanoes. The terrain will be the same as before the but what the opponents sees won’t really be there. Kin can make multiple giants appear that aren’t really there to strike and try to confuse his opponent.

Shinjinbukai Ayatsuri{Godly Manipulation}: Kin can manipulate his armor to grow. The pieces of his armor he manipulates grow and start to look like that of the giant. He can change each of the pieces to his liking if need be. He can manipulate fire around these parts of his armor if he decides.

Kin's Inner hollow takes a form just like his and quite often one of his two zanpakuto spirits.

Slow Speed Regeneration: Kin can heal minor wounds slowly. A small cut can be healed within 3post. A deeper wound might take up to 10post.
